Velocity Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, Georgia, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided by Velocity Roofing are based on an on-site assessment and the information available at the time of evaluation. Please be aware of the following:

• All estimates are free of charge and carry no obligation
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may be adjusted if additional damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project
• Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be documented and require your written approval before proceeding

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. General terms include:

• A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work, as specified in your contract
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of contract signing
• Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee as specified in your service agreement
• Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional processing fees

5. Warranty

Velocity Roofing stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms are as follows:

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all full roof replacement and installation projects
• Repair Warranty: Roof repair work is warranted for 1 year from the date of completion
• Manufacturer Warranty: Materials used may carry separate manufacturer warranties, which will be passed to you upon project completion

Warranties are void if damage results from acts of nature, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances beyond our control. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

6. Insurance and Licensing

Velocity Roofing is fully licensed and insured to perform roofing work in the state of Georgia. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request. You agree not to make any claims directly against our insurance policy without first notifying us in writing.

7. Insurance Claims Assistance

Velocity Roofing may assist clients in preparing documentation for insurance claims related to roof damage. Please note:

• We are roofing contractors, not licensed public adjusters or insurance professionals
• Our assistance is limited to providing damage documentation, photos, and repair estimates for your insurer
• We make no guarantee regarding insurance claim outcomes or reimbursement amounts
• All final decisions regarding coverage rest with your insurance provider

8. Property Access and Site Conditions

By engaging our services, you grant Velocity Roofing and its personnel the right to access your property as necessary to perform the agreed work. You agree to:

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Remove or secure personal property near the work area prior to project start
• Notify us of any known property conditions that may affect our work or personnel safety

Velocity Roofing is not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or personal property that is a normal consequence of roofing work, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velocity Roofing’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or website use shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
